Christ University Entrance Test, also known as CUET, is an examination based on which an applicant gets admission to Christ University.

What is the Christ University Entrance Test 2022?

CUET is an entrance test for getting admission into Christ University wherein students are analysed on their fundamental accounting, English, verbal reasoning skills, etc. Post this examination, they will get their chance for their BBA admission.  

Christ University Entrance Test 2022 (CUET) Highlights

There are some facts that students should know before attempting their CUET. 

• Qualifying marks
  

  The minimum marks that are required in the language section in the CUET entrance exam are around 80-90. There are two sections (IA and IB), so a total number of 160 should be achieved for clearing the test. For general students, the cut-off percentile is 60%. 

• Exam fees
  

  The CUET exam fee is just INR 1,000. 

• Duration
  

  The entrance exam is held only once a year in two sections, so there is no chance of reappearing in the same year. This year CUET will be conducted online. 

 

CUET 2022 Overview

There is no additional CUET exam syllabus. Students can revise their 12th-grade topics and they will be able to ace them quite easily. The exam is conducted on a computer and all the questions will be MCQ-type questions. There are three questions, language (English), general studies and a domain-based part. The CUET exam date for this year is between July 15th to August 30th. One can get future MBA opportunities at Christ University by appearing for this exam. 

CUET 2022: Eligibility Criteria

To get admission in BBA at Christ University, students will have to complete education in any stream till 12th grade from a recognised board. Furthermore, students who have attempted their class 12 exam and have not received their final result can also apply. Find out about all types of BBA entrance exams that you can be eligible for. 

Students who are interested in BA (LLB) will need to have an aggregate of 45% in their preferred stream and should be below 20 years old. For BBA in LLB students studying under an international curriculum will be needing an AUI approval. 

The students who are interested in pursuing LLM should have their LLB degree from a recognised college in India which has UGC or AIU approval. 

CUET 2022 Important Dates and Events

The 2022 CUET exam takes place between 15th July to 30th August and the registration begins on 10th Jan 2022. The last dates to apply for session 1 and session 2 were 10th February and 3rd March 2022 before 11:59 pm respectively. Applicants will be getting their admit cards post-application and the first exam session will be conducted on 19th February 2022. Exams last for 90 minutes and are conducted in an IBT mode. However, the second session for CUET 2022 will be done on an online portal, where students will be getting MCQ-based questions.

Sessions III and IV will be conducted on 13th March and 3rd April, respectively. The results for all these examinations will be available from 24th February to 18th May. Any further counselling dates for candidates will be announced after that.  

CUET 2022: Admission Process

The admission process is quite easy. First, the student will have to fill up an application form for the exam and submit the same alongside the fee. Then, the CUET admit card will be provided to the student 5 days before the exam and they must obtain it and carry it to their respective exam halls. After the student appears for the test, the results will be declared online. The candidates that have passed the first round will be invited to the next one.

The main topics are general knowledge, language and domain-based questions. The student will have to understand the fundamentals of each of them and implement the rigorous practice. The CUET examination is not too hard, rather it is only moderately difficult. Make sure you give your best when you prepare for BBA aptitude test.
