CMAT 2026 Registration
CMAT registration process can be carried out only on the official CMAT website, exams.nta.ac.in/CMAT/. Interested candidates willing to register themselves for the CMAT 2026 exam must fill out the CMAT application form by following the steps mentioned below:
Keep in mind that the CMAT registration will only be considered complete only after you have completed the payment of CMAT exam fees, submitted your application form, and received a confirmation message from the National Testing Agency. After your CMAT application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation message. You will have the option to download and print your application only after receiving this message.
How to Register for CMAT 2026 Exam?
Step 1 - Online Registration
To start your CMAT application process, first of all, candidates must register online. Proceed with these steps to finalize your online registration.

Visit the official CMAT website at exams.nta.ac.in/CMAT/. On this webpage, navigate to and click on the 'Click Here to Register/Login' button to open the CMAT exam registration page. You will be directed to a new webpage (cmat.ntaonline.in/) to start your CMAT registration process.

On the cmat.ntaonline.in/ page, click on the link 'New Candidates Register Here'. This will lead you to a new page (cmat.ntaonline.in/registration/index).

On the cmat.ntaonline.in/registration/index page, go through the given instructions and download the 'CMAT Information Bulletin'. Next, tick the box at the bottom of the page and click the 'click here to proceed' button. This will lead you to a new page (cmat.ntaonline.in/registration/login-identification).

On the cmat.ntaonline.in/registration/login-identification page, choose the document (Aadhar Number/ Digilocker Account/ Indian Passport and other options) you wish to utilize for authentication. You will have to link with Aadhar for your convenience, as in case you utilize non-Aadhaar options, you'll have to report one hour prior to the Exam Centre in order to conduct the authentication. You will be directed to a new page (cmat.ntaonline.in/registration/create).
On the page cmat.ntaonline.in/registration/create, fill in your basic details and note down the system-generated Application No. The following details will be needed:

Step 3 - Upload Required Documents

Step 4 - Payment of CMAT Registration Fees
After filling out the CMAT application form, proceed to pay the CMAT Registration & Application fee online via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or e-Challan. The CMAT Registration Fee for 2026 includes the CMAT Application Fee as well as the CMAT Exam Fee. Once the payment is processed, you would receive a confirmation on the CMAT website and in your email inbox.
Once you have successfully paid the CMAT registration and exam fee, you can download and print the Confirmation Page. With these steps, your CMAT registration is complete!
Important Points to Note:

The Online Application Form will be treated as incomplete if Step 2 and Step 3 are not completed, and such Application Forms will be rejected.

No refund requests of paid fees by the candidate will be entertained.

The whole application process for CMAT exam registration 2026 is done only online. Hence, the candidates are not required to post or submit any of the documents, including the Confirmation Page, to NTA through Post, Fax, Hand, or Email.

Step 5 - Select a Test City for CMAT 2026
While applying for the CMAT 2026, candidates are required to select test cities through which their exam center will be allotted. Candidates can select a maximum of 4 cities out of 124. It should be noted by the candidates that once test city options are entered, they cannot be changed through the application form, hence should be entered carefully.
The allotted exam center and city will be indicated in the CMAT admit card. The test city allotted to candidates will be final, and no requests for changes will be entertained. Once the CMAT application fee payment has been made, the candidates must download the fee acknowledgement page and retain it as a proof of their successful submission.
