Symbiosis International University in Pune has started the process of registration for SNAP 2025 with the deadline for application as November 23, 2025. SNAP Test is conducted in computer-based test (CBT) form. Application forms for SNAP were released in August. The SNAP Exam 2025 will be conducted by SIBM Pune in three sessions in December, i.e., 6th, 14th, and 20th of December. Symbiosis International University (SIU) has released the SNAP Exam dates in an official notification on the official website. Candidates who are looking forward to appearing for the exam need to enroll themselves before the last date of registration. SNAP 2025 is one of the most sought after national level MBA entrance exams. Qualifying the SNAP Exam enables the candidates to secure admission to PGDM courses in 16 constituent institutes of Symbiosis International University (SIU). Symbiosis University has officially announced the schedule for the SNAP Exam date and registration.
The total time duration for the SNAP exam has now been reduced to 1 hour, and scores of the SNAP test will be accepted for MBA admissions 2025 by 16 Symbiosis Colleges.
What is SNAP Exam?
Symbiosis National Aptitude Test, or SNAP for short, is a national level MBA entrance exam conducted every year which acts as a gateway for students to join courses like MBA, MSc (CA), and MSc (SS). It is administered by Symbiosis International Deemed University (SIU), which takes charge of all activities related to the examination and releases relative notifications.

SNAP 2025 Exam Dates

SNAP Eligibility Criteria 2025
Candidates must make sure that they stand eligible as per the eligibility criteria defined by the university for admission to its constituent colleges. They are required to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria to be eligible for admission.
The basic education qualifications are mentioned below:
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline securing at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
- Reserved category candidates should have obtained at least 45% marks in aggregate in bachelor’s.
- Final year candidates can also apply for the exam. They must be able to secure at least 50% marks in aggregate at the end of their graduation.
SNAP Registration 2025
The registration process of SNAP 2025 exam has begun on the official website i.e. snaptest.org. Interested candidates can register themselves and fill the SNAP application form online at the website. The registration process of SNAP exam consists of a few steps such as filling of application form, uploading of the required documents, selection of exam cities, selection of the college students are interested in, and eventually, the online payment of SNAP registration fee. - Visit the official SNAP website - snaptest.org.
- Navigate to and click on the ‘SNAP Registration 2025’ link.
- Proceed to register yourself by creating an id and password.
- Log into your account by using the id and password sent to your registered email id.
- Fill out the SNAP application form by entering your personal as well as academic details.
- Upload scanned copies of required documents.
- Make the payment of INR 1000 per course/college to complete the registration process.
SNAP Admit Card 2025
SNAP admit card for 2025 can only be downloaded from the official website. The release dates for the hall ticket of each session have been released at snaptest.org. Applicants must download and present the admit card specific to the SNAP Test. Below mentioned are the steps to download the SNAP admit card:
- Visit the SNAP 2025 website.
- Navigate to and click on the 'Admit Card for SNAP Test' link.
- Enter your SNAP ID and password.
- The SNAP 2025 admit card will be displayed on your screen.
- Download it and take a printout of the document.
Candidates should be aware that a digital version or photocopy of the SNAP admit card will not be accepted at the examination center. Only a color printout will be accepted.
SNAP Exam Day Guidelines
SNAP 2025 examination will take place at specific exam centres under CCTV monitoring. Candidates are required to adhere to certain guidelines defined by the examination conducting body. Below are some important dos and don'ts for the SNAP exam.
SNAP Dos:
- Arrive two hours prior to the start of the SNAP exam.
- Candidates with disabilities, along with their scribes, must present appropriate identification documents.
- Candidates should bring two color copies of the SNAP 2025 admit card and one of the following forms of ID:
- Driving license
- Passport
- PAN card
- Voter ID
- Aadhaar card
SNAP Don'ts:
- Do not take cell phones, calculators, watch calculators, digital watches, or any electronic devices into the exam hall.
- Do not bring bags or valuables to the exam center.
- Do not arrive late to the SNAP test center. Entry into the exam hall will not be permitted once the gates are closed.
SNAP Exam Pattern 2025
SNAP exam pattern for 2025 consists of three sections with a total of 60 questions to be answered in 60 minutes. The sections in the SNAP exam pattern are: a) General English, b) Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency, and c) Analytical & Logical Reasoning. Each section contains a different number of questions, and there is no time limit per section. SNAP Marking Pattern 2025
The marking scheme for SNAP 2025 awards +1 mark for each correct answer, while 0.25 marks are deducted for each incorrect response.
It's important to note that the exam pattern described is based on the SNAP 2024 paper. The SNAP pattern has experienced changes over previous years. In 2017, it transitioned from a Paper-Based Test to a Computer-Based Test. Then, in 2019, the structure of the SNAP exam was revised again to feature fewer questions. The SNAP Test 2020 format was further altered due to the Covid-19 pandemic, leading to the current structure of 60 questions and a one-hour exam duration, which has been in place for the past five years.

Although the SNAP exam may seem simple, it’s crucial not to underestimate the importance of preparation. Focused preparation is essential because SNAP has its distinct characteristics. To get ready for SNAP 2025, candidates should begin their preparation at least six months prior to the exam.
- General English Practice Tips: Focus on improving reading comprehension, grammar, and vocabulary skills. Practice sentence corrections, fill-in-the-blanks, and vocabulary questions, such as synonyms and antonyms. Daily reading of newspapers and editorials will help improve comprehension speed and word recognition.
- Analytical & Logical Reasoning Tips: Analytical and logical reasoning is an important section in SNAP and includes puzzles, blood relations, series, arrangements, and coding-decoding. Regular practice on a daily basis is needed to secure a good score.
- Quantitative, DI & DS Tips: Emphasize basic Arithmetic concepts such as percentages, profit and loss, time and work, and averages since they carry high weightage.
