MHT CET Marks vs Percentile 2022

On September 15, the State Common Entrance Test Cell for Maharashtra (SCET) released the MHT CET 2022 results. There is an inevitable confusion among students between CET score vs percentile as the MHT CET results are released as a percentile ranging from 0 to 100. Candidates must provide their login information in order to view the PCB and PCM Maharashtra CET results.

Candidates who’ve passed the Maharashtra CET test are qualified to participate in the MHT CET counselling in 2022. The state's participating institutions hold the MHT CET entrance exam for admission to undergraduate engineering, agricultural, and pharmacy programmes.

It is important to remember that the MHT CET rank list for 2022 will be created using percentile points. Candidates can learn about the projected rank they can acquire based on the marks they obtained in the MHT CET 2022 exam by consulting the MHT CET marks vs percentile breakdown.

What is the Meaning of Percentile in CET?

Your grades are determined as a percentage out of 100. Percentile is the percentage of students with grades in a given criterion that are lower than yours. For instance, if your percentile is 71, 71 per cent of the students who attempted the course had scores that were lower than yours. The same is true for specific subjects.

2,28,003 individuals enrolled for the PCM group test for the MHT CET 2022, whereas 2,76,832 students registered for the PCB group exam. The conversion of the CET percentile to marks can be better understood by the given formula:

MHT CET Percentile Score = 100 x (Number of candidates in the exam with normalized marks ≤ the candidate) ÷ Total number of candidates appearing for the exam.

MHT CET Marks v/s Percentile 2022 (predicted)

Through the MHT CET marks vs Percentile chart, candidates who took the exam can get a good understanding of their percentile score. For the same, we have offered a few marks against the percentile from the MHT CET tests from the prior year.
